The Universe Star Collection embodies the grandeur of the universe through ceramics. The infinite vastness, celestial beauty, and the mystery of the cosmos serve as the main sources of inspiration for the collection, infusing each piece with the eternal essence of the universe. 

We are stars in the vast universe.

The 100 billion stars that shine like the sun within our galaxy are similar to us, born as precious lives on Earth, each radiating a unique light. Though they move in different directions, the stars appear fixed in the sky, and gazing at them, I thought to myself that in this immeasurably vast universe, we are all like those stars.

"If you truly desire something, the whole universe will help you achieve it." This quote is from Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist. The artist, who has always had a deep love for the universe and stars, has kept this phrase in their heart and repeated it whenever they desperately wished for something, or whenever facing life's challenges. In 2008, while majoring in ceramics at university, the artist decided to capture the universe and stars—embodying "love, faith, conviction, and hope"—in ceramics, which remain unchanged forever. This led to the creation of the first piece, the Cosmic Star Ceramic.

This piece was created with the hope that, like the stars that shine with their unique light, each individual can discover the important values in their life and make those values shine brightly. The stars of the universe engraved on the surface of the ceramics serve as a reminder not to forget that we are but one existence in the vast cosmos. The Cosmic Star series carries the messages that the artist believes are the most important in life: "love, faith, conviction, and hope.
